Yes. The technical term of it is dextrocardia (which literally means "heart on the right side") but this could be a sign of situs inversus, a congenital medical condition where internal organs are located at the opposite side of where they usually lie. This could further be a sign of Kartagener's Syndrome, a congenital disease.

it's called dextrocardia, found in only about 2-3% of the tptal population. this may or may not be associated with situs invertus where all the thoracic and abdominal organs get laterally transposed i.e. all the organs generally found on the left are found on the right and vice versa.
dextrocardia however is not associated with any adverse physiological manifestations and the person is quite normal.
it is only of anatomical and ebryological significance.

in some cases there are people with these phenomenon I personally come from a family that some of us have more than two kidneys,is as rare as it gets some people have their heart on the other side of their body's others have More than two kidneys and other plant plants and yet others blend

Yes, actually there is a VERY rare condition that people have been born with organs in mirror position (everything that should be left is right, vice versa).

I forget the name of the condition, but it is real.
