I've been divorced for three years, but there are many things in the final divorce order that are/were not true and are stated as fact. Since I can prove the discrepencies would that make the divorce void???

I am not trying to get out of the divorce...for those of you thinking it's personal it isn't..it's about things that she's doing to me in my new life that would be fixed....I've been in court since the finalization so the issue was just whether the fact that the order was wrong have any affect....the DA's office knows and will handle it....for those that DIDN'T jump to such ridiculous conclusions thank you

No. The judgment would only be null if the court that issued it lacked subject matter jurisdiction, which is probably very unlikely.

What stay-fan1 said. 3 years is far too late to do anything about it. Even if the time limit was not an issue, a divorce would not automatically be void, you would have to reopen the whole thing in court and the judge would decide, at considerable expense out of your pocket. Let it go.

No. The divorce is good. The time to challenge the decree was when it was issued, not three years later. Depending upon the seriousness of the errors, my guess is that you should forget about it and move on. It just doesn't matter any more.

Probably way past the time limit to challenge an Order (is usually 30 days in most jurisdictions).

Besides, are you displeased with teh division or the Order, or just what the Judge said s/he thought of everything?

Move on. Grow up.
