Hi,
Many people have mis understood your question, dear friend.

In India esp in Tamilnadu people call ladies under garments as both 'BRA' and 'BODY' and you want to know the difference of these.

Well, there is no major difference. It is just that the ones that is meant for Old ladies are said to be Body and the ones that is used by Young girls are said to be Bra.

Body is by birth. Bra is to support the breast..designed by human beings. Body is common for man and woman.
Bra is only for women... not for men. Body shape is natural breast shape is also natural but Bra shape is as per the fashion designer ... as per the size and shape of the breast.
Now enough of body and breast... let me take rest.

One provides support for the girls the other sucks in and supports the upper half some hide lines and some dont. Bra is for a nice shape of the girls, the other is for a nice shape of the entire upper half. Sucking in the waist, creating more curves etc...

Have a good one!
