No. It's not cute. Millie is kinda' cute, but doesn't go well with June. Neither does Emillia.

Oh, I love it! I do prefer Emilia over Emillia - spelling wise, though. The nickname is really cute. June is one of my favorite middle names. Here are some other suggestions that you might enjoy:

I only think month names should be given to babies born in that month. So, if little Emilia June is born in June then it's a great name. If she's born in Novemeber, not so much.

To be perfectly honest with you, I wouldn't name my child that. If you are looking for a cute E name for a girl here are some suggestions:

I'm not a fan of Millie, but Emilia is definatly a beautiful name. I'm neutral when it comes to month names.
