I'd have to agree with Mike's answer above.
Robbing a bank is *not* what I'd do, only because there are better people to rob. (Robbing banks puts pressure on the FDIC here in the US, which taxpayers -- you and me -- ultimately pay for.)
Instead, cheat a casino instead. There's a reason why most casinos are luxurious and huge...it's a no-lose proposition for them. The odds are stacked against us, and casinos exploit our inability to properly calculate risks/odds AND to resist or stop gambling, especially when we're losing.
So I would go to a roulette table, put a bunch of money on a number, freeze time when the ball is rolling, and make sure it lands on my number. Which usually pays around 36:1, if I recall correctly. Repeat here and with other casinos.
Once you have enough money, enjoy life a little but also start up a foundation or something to help others.

I'm assuming that I would still be able to move around - wouldn't be much fun if I was frozen as well.
I'd do some good and bad things :
1. Rob a bank
2. Go to the Sistine Chapel on my own
3. Walk around the Louvre and see the Mona Lisa on my own
4. Explore Buckingham Palace
5. Go through Jennifer Aniston's knicker drawer
6. Poo on George Bush's desk in The White House
7. Decommission all the nuclear weapons in the world
8. Find out if Bin Laden really is still alive
9. Fill in my tax return
10. Rob another bank

Sure, there are plenty of creative, adventure-filled ways to make use of frozen time ala "Clock Stoppers", but imagine how nice to be able to:
-- Sleep in late
-- Get housework done
-- Do laundry
-- Mow the lawn
-- Wash the car
-- Cook dinner
-- and so on
And still have plenty of time to be with loved ones, have great vacations and weekend adventures. May sound boring to you, but I can't count the number of times I've wished for that very thing.
Seems like time gets so cluttered up with the mundane, routine chores and deadlines of life we forget to stop and just be. I

1. get out of my car.
2. walk up to whoever is causing the traffic or going slow in wrong lane.
3. slap them in back of head.
4. leave a note that says drive properly or you will be hit again.
hehe.

Well, it's a good thing we can't because all I can think of are immoral things, like stealing money.
