I wouldn't be concerned with the current temperature in this situation--the bigger issue is the temperature over the short term--about a week or so after you mow. If you think it will warm up or stay above freezing, go for it. If it's still frosting at night or the forecast calls for more cold weather--you might want to hold off for a bit.

I disagree if the forcast calls for a warm up you will be fine ,if it is going to be in the 40s for a while I would wait, you could put the lawn into shock,ant that will impede it's ability in greening up and could result in some dead spots.Neighbor owns a landscape/lawn care company.

You'll be fine.
Mowing: don't mow when frost on the ground, the lawn is wet or quite damp, or temps much below freezing.

if it is wet or damp the clipings will turn mold fast. the clippings will also clog your mower.
