No. Not at all. They may have fancied their chances to do so against Pakistan. But New Zealand is a much better team. It is the second in the favorites for winning the world cup.

When two teams are playing against each other they are always with a chance, a supportive chance or a slender chance. If Ireland can pull up victory against Pakistan then why not against New Zealand. It is the matter of total dedication and rising to the occasion. Cricket is a strange game and I have seen many impossible victories and surely you would have done so. On the cards it looks a midsummer night dream for Ireland at the moment but then...its the game of cricket.

Ireland has NO chance what so ever because they lack experience. i mean New Zealand is one of the first t teams to play cricket and Ireland is one of the new teams to play cricket, and they will, or should if New Zealand plays to its fullest extent, have no chance.

While Ireland will give a tough fight to New Zeland, I strongly feel that New Zeland will defenitely win against Ireland and they will defenitely enter the semi finals..

it's too soon to say if Ireland has a chance. anyway it's raining right now. i still have the feeling that they are capable of making the semi-finals.

i don't think so !! NewZealand has better bowling attack and they are best in fielding as well.....I don't think Ireland can make it...but i m impressed with Ireland 's effort today.... with exception of last 2-3 overs...they played realy great !!
