Female rabbits can be very territorial. They grunt and nudge at you with their noses, or do a quick scratching motion with their two front feet if you try to touch anything they consider theirs. The longer an unfixed female bunny has lived in a particular cage, the more protective of it she will get. I would say this behavior is NOT an indication she is pregnant by itself. I would look for other signs, especially looking fat and nesting behavior.

IF SHE HASN'T BEHAVED LIKE THIS BEFORE, WATCH HER AND IF SHE STARTS PULLING HER HAIR OUT SHE IS ABOUT TO GIVE BIRTH. BUT OF COURSE SHE WOULD HAVE HAD TO BE WITH A MALE A LEAST ONE MONTH AGO. SOME FEMALES DO THIS EVEN IF THEY ARE NOT PREG. IF IT IS POSSIBLE THAT SHE IS YOU SHOULD PUT A NESTING BOX ON HER CAGE WITH SOME SORT OF BEDDING,(HAY, PINE STRAW) GIVE HER TREATS. MINE LOVE THEIR CARROTS. NOT TOO MUCH, CAN CAUSE DIARRHEA.

Does she have bedding material? Normally they will start a routine of making a nest.
Be sure you feeding her well too. She may be trying to tell you she need something (Salt?). And below me may be a good answer also, she may be mad and need attention.
