Since you said you had this problem before starting b/c pills, it sounds like possible migraine to me. I suffer from migraines and that is some of the symptoms I face, especially if the headache is a pain that is continuous throbbing usually in one particular spot on one particular side of your head. Nausea and vision problems and dizziness also go hand in hand with migraines. And one other note, b/c pills can make migraines WORSE and more frequent. I am currently having that issue and am in the process of getting off the pill because of complications with my migraines.
Either way, go to doctor, there is medication for migraines (miracle pills :)) or find out if it something else.

Sounds like a side effect of the birth control, & i'm glad you don't think you"'re pregnant because black-outs aren't a symptom of pregnancy. Black-outs can be quite serious, as can head pains - so see your doctor. If your vision starts giving way, E.g you only see part of your vision [one half is white, or black] then you need urgent medical attention, so get yourself to a hospital if this happens. But I think you need to see a doctor at the moment.

Go to the doctor!!! It could or could not be related to your birth control pill. Make as many notes as possible as to when this happens. As many observations as you can give to your doctor, help them! That's not good...

I would make an apt. with your doc. ASAP. It would be difficult to diagnose your symptoms without being seen.
