Is it 8 legs and then 2 claws? Or are different types of crabs different?

Crabs have 10 legs - eight legs for walking and two legs modified into the pinching claw-bearing appendages in the front.

they have 3 pairs of legs so 6 and 1 pair of claws so 2

i know in Maryland, the blue crab has 8 legs and 2 claws and each one is mmm mmm delicious
