about a month ago i had unprotected sex about a week before i was due on my period. the guy pulled out. my period came on the day it was due so i wasnt really worried, althought it was heavier than usual, and lasted a week rather than my usual 4 days which was slightly odd. now i am late for the next one by quite a few days, which has never happened before. ive always been really regular. im also having bad mood swings. what do u think?

Periods can vary from time to time due to stress, hormones not being hydrated. If you're concerned go make an apt. with your doc. to see what is going on with your body. It would be difficult to diagnose your symptoms without being seen.

You´re probably late because your last period lasted more days than usual. Wait...a few more days and if you don´t have it yet take a pregnancy test. Anyway having our periods doesn´t always mean we are not pregnant I know some women that were pregnant and having their periods every mounth however.

unprotected sex always has the risk of pregnancy
but unprotected sex can also cause irregular periods
which can lead to mood swings
definately get a doctor's opinion :]
