because a democrat is conditioned to being told what to do or say by their Leaders, become confused and resort to insults and personal attacks when responding to an issue; is that not typical of a democrat to spew forth crap for lack of ability to formulate intelligent thought processes?

Sane: It was assuredly refreshing and uplifting to read your response.
If Democrats could only act in the manner described then they would be okay, but alas, it evidently is not within them to exhibit class nor independent thougt processess. Based upon your response it would seem the intelligent choice is for me to become a Republican. Thank you. Your post is like a pearl ensconced by a pile of democratic crap. Democrats are too emotional.

Its funny that you make a stupid accusation about Dems. Then some Dems respond by making stupid accusations about Reps. Stupidity is rampant on both sides!!!!

Is it true that Republicans, lacking independent thought processes,...?
because a Republican is conditioned to being told what to do or say by their Leaders, become confused and resort to insults and personal attacks when responding to an issue; is that not typical of a neocon Republican to spew forth crap for lack of ability to formulate intelligent thought processes?
Both sides have their radicals. The libs have Rosie and the cons have Rush, Ann the Asp and Hannity telling them how to think and what to say.
Interesting how a radical thinks everybody who is not as radical as him is somehow being controlled or is a communist or fascist. Often the only way to fight fire is with fire. Give them back what they dish. I see that alot here.

Your criticism does not apply to democrats in general. What you describe is often the case for young people who are just beginning to get involved in world of politics. I was the same way. I was a democrat the first time I voted as were all the young people. It was only after I became older an wiser that I saw for myself how I was being manipulated.
But I don't begrudge democrats for it. They are smart to appeal to the young and uninitiated. The less you know the more likely you will be influenced by their propaganda.
It isn't that they lack independent thought processes. They are just trying to find their way. It is much more difficult for young people today. They do not have the solid base of education that I had. I was amazed by how little American History my sons received in school. They got no civics nor geography lessons either. Such a weak basic knowledge base makes resistance to programming very difficult. Most of the indoctrination is told in such a way that it seems to make sense. It is only those brave few who dig deeper who eventually learn the truth.
The rest will, in time outgrow it.

Your question is based on a false premise, from the opening sentence.
Big Brother, with his Homeland Security and rah rahs of "If you don't support us, you're a Nazi" is pure G.O.P. and G.O.P. is pure fearmongering. People who fear don't think independently. You and those agreeing with you are just such.
FACT: Bush's numbers spiked right after 9/11. They have plummeted to a fraction of that in the intervening years. 9/11 was the best thing, politically, that could have happened to Bush... and he even fumbled that. As the man said, he fµcked up every business he ever touched, and his presidency naturally follows this pattern.

Yes, its a sure sign of being a liberal. No facts to back up what they rant, getting angry and even violent when questioned, and name calling and swearing when frustrated and confused. Its all part of being without any class as well. Its fine to disagree with someone or something, but they are ignorant about it instead of making their point in a polite, professional, and classful like manner.

All parties are guilty. If you don't follow party line, your out, no money, no support and come next election, they will run someone against you. Look at Lieberman when he ran for the Senate!! Because he opened his eyes and moved to the middle of the road, the Democrats ran someone against him in the primary and they won. So, Lieberman runs as an independent and wont the election.
These people we elect are suppose to be smart and represent us, the taxpayer who sent them to Washington. They don't, so I say fire them all!!!

I think no more than Republicans each party has enough sheep in it.
The Democrats don't see their sheep as sheep but loyal followers.

Nope. You're both human, you both have thought processes, neither of you are brainwashed, you both spew forth crap, you both resort to insults and attacks, you both need to get a life.
