I would like to lose weight, only a few pounds i dont want to do anything to drastic (i would like a flat stomach) i want to do this for myself to make me feel happier. i eat generally quite healthy and i try to excersice regulary
Any tips on excersing to lose weight?
Or any simple healthy diet rountines?

It sounds like you doing all the right things. If you haven't done so already, I would cut out anything white (sugar, flour, rice or greasy foods), eat organic when you can & drink lots of water.

You don't need to spend extra money like weight watchers to lose weight.Especially if only want to lose a few pounds.This is how i do it and it works great.Go walk 2 miles at least 3-4 times a week.Power walk15 minutes a mile. Don't diet just eat a tine bit less each meal and stay away from foods high in fat and calories such as hamburgers fries pizza chips cookies.Snack on fruits instead.Good luck and God Bless.

they have goals you can set for youself and it will show you how to get there safely with diet and exersize. when i started, i cut out soda and lost 5lbs in 4 days. without exersize and just somewhat watching what i eat (usually not caring, but watching) i've lost almost 10lbs in 2 months.

my step mom lost like 40 pounds in like 2 months! it works sosoososos well

dont eat in morning at day time, only at evening, but not full, not get your stomach full no way, eat half of what you usualyy eat at eveing, 2 weeks and you see result, i did that
