Yeah, it's safe. There are a few products called "Eyes, Cheeks, & Lips" because you can use it on all 3 areas. Hope that helps.

I'm not sure, it should be safe, but lipliner and lipstick sometimes stain your face, but on your eyes, it shouldn't be that noticeable even if it does stain it.

I used to do this before my parents let me wear eyeliner. I asked my mom to get me black lipliner for halloween and then I used it as eyeliner. After my parents figured out that I was wearing it as eyeliner they bought me some actullal eyeliner.

sure, ive done it before, no side effects here. but u kno they do sell eyeliner in a variety of colors now. dont worry its just like putting blush on ur eyelids when u run out of pink eyes shadow.

Sure, the make up artists do it all the time. All these products are supposed to be safe and hypoallergenic anyway.

As long as you dont have nothing wrong with you lip that would transmit to your eye, but make up is make up, nothing would happen, it might just smudge more.

many makeup artists always say if it's safe enough for your lips, it's safe enough for your eyes, and viceversa. so i would say it's fine.
