Niagra Falls in Canada

It depends on how you define "large".

Victoria Falls on the border of Zimbabwe and Zambia have the distinct claim that no water fall is both wider and longer (however, some are either wider or longer). Victoria falls are the largest "curtain" of waterfall in the world (so their "area" of where they descend is the largest).

The Inga waterfalls in Congo have the largest volume of falling water in the world.

Iguazu waterfalls in Argentina are the "widest", although they are not continuously wide as there are breaks between places where water falls. But it is the widest waterfall "range" in the world (and the most beautiful!).

Angel Falls in Venezuela are the longest water falls in the world. They are not particularly wide, but do indeed have the longest falling body of water in the world.

largest in what sense?

Iguazu falls is wide because it is split into about 270 discrete falls and large islands
Victoria falls is the largest curtain of water in the world, at over a mile wide and over 90 metres (300 feet) in height (in low flow it is split into five by islands; in high flow it can be uninterrupted).
