The ones that care know. What I mean is, if a guy is only out to get off himself, he isn't going to care if you got yours. If you fake it, it will make him feel better, knowing he satisfied you, even if he didn't.
Other guys will make you get yours, unless you are very difficult to please. These kind of guys will do more foreplay and actually warm you up, instead of kiss, kiss, grab, rip off clothes and go to town, finish in a minute or two, then be done, dressed and out the door before you knew what happened.

I don't know, but personally, I've faked it maybe twice in my whole life! ...And sometimes yes, it IS that good! ...But if it's not happening, I'll usually just say so. If I can't get off it's not usually his fault anyway, and he knows this. Ahh.....off to the shower now for some good clean fun! =)
