FOOL! I'm WAY ahead of you. March 3rd was the date my super satellite was launched from the deserts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It works in different satellite radio, TV, microwave... well... IT SIGNALS EVERYTHING!
It will turn everyone's channels on their puny earth TV's to the shopping channel, will play Metallica's St. Anger on every radio (satellite or AM/FM), and take everyone's computer automatically to pokemon.com.
I will ransom the world and will not allow them their lives back until I am given 20 bucks, a new PS3, and a Toyota Camry. I will also allow you, and anyone else to join my evil army, and do my bidding (which is an honor), if you all pledge infinite allegiance to me, and admit that Megadeth is the best band ever.
I have no idea what's goin on right now.

EMP satellite superweapon? Ah come on buddy! You can do better than that. I'm thinking massive railgun which sucks in nearby asteroids and shoots them towards the Earth. But if you want funding, just offer advertising. Nothing like Pepsi or Ford to help you commit mass genocide
