Yes, my parents came over for dinner yesterday. I love spending time with them. They are still cute and cuddly at almost 80 years old. It's refreshing!

Yes lots.

Last night we had a family dinner for 23. My brother has a big house with a huge dining room so the clan gathered.

My mother is 89 so we never know .... if she will be with us for the next one so it is special each time. My daughters were there, two lovely ladies with much to celebrate. They were taking a few hours from study because it is final stretch for their BA. My niece came for the week and brought her fiance with her to meet us all. He is a real keeper and they are sooo in love. Need I go on? oh and the 3 standard poodles kept us entertained.

The food was... oh the lamb melted on the tongue. The salad was full of oranges and cheeses and berries and nuts ... and the key lime pie was great. There were big goodie bags for everyone because we could not have a hunt in the rain. Everyone talked and laughed for maybe 7 hours. Lots of photos and basically a very very lovely family evening.

I am Muslim and they were celebrating Easter. To me, I was just enjoying my family and a lovely time together. They had wine, I was quite happy with my perrier. Absolutely a great time and more coming up tomorrow... If the winds die down.

My brother had our mother, myself, my boyfriend, my ex husband, our seven kids, his partner and his two sons with wife and girlfriend (Seventeen of us all together) over for lunch on Easter. We had so much fun. Three generations of diversity and love.
