There would be a no-dumbass policy throughout my new empire, although just how this would be enforced is still a matter of some concern. I wouldnt want to kill people just for doing, saying or generally being a dumbass, maybe a big empty country would be the place for them..... Australia maybe.

Now before anybody reports me, im not talking about people with learning disorders or mental issues, just people who repeatedly do dumb things (drive at 40mph in the fast lane and swerve around without indicating for example).

Know thyself and apply that knowledge to your benefit and to the benefit of those around you, i.e., a rephrasing of the Golden Rule. A commandment of empathy--I know it will never happen, and such things can't be commanded, but at least some people would listen and try.

I wouldn't command anything.

I would simply say, "Any planet who would have me as their leader is not a planet I want to live on. I give my power back to the people."
