he signed the paper work for it and it was in hes name .some how it is in my name .i do not sign anything .how can that be

do you have kids? i was able to keep the washer and dryer when i filed for divorce because i was able to say i needed them in order to care for the kids. you do need to find out what else is in your name that you don't know about!

Do a credit check on yourself and then file papers against him for anything that you didn't sign for
