right, me and my best mate have had a few words these past few days... he keeps taking the piss out of me and its getting to me a bit.... we had a chat but he still needs to get some digs in - the other night he said something like oh so your still my friend then... and i said course, id never fall out to which he replied i wouldn't care either way.... that really upset me so i needed to find out if he meant it.... he says im grief and nagging but i need to know, cos it really prays on my mind...
so the other night we had been out... he told me to get out of his car, then left me outside in the cold... then shouted me back over but locked me out.... he then said summat so i got in my car and drove off....
not heard from him since...
any thoughts or advice would be really appreciated !

This happens when someone who is being your friend has other intentions other then being your friend. I'll tell you from my own experience I only ever treated friends like that, that weren't really my friends. You made it to easy for him to lie to you about actual giving a flip and now it would seem the truth is coming out. Real immature really got over doing that bs when I got out of high school, really kind of cold. Lets just say when you care about a person as a person you don't let the relationship deteriate like this....

Do u really think he is ur best friend? He does not sound like a best friend. Best friend nver does anything of that sort what ur friend hs been doing.
If he was ur friend he would have made an effort to call u after getting u out of his car and u said he had not been in touch with u since then.
According to me it means he thinks he has done no wrong and u deserve that kind of treatment from him.
I dont think even talking to him will make any good.
Just give him a break. If he comes back to u for anything.. dont be there for him and make some excuse like ur busy or show like u gotta girl friend and ur happy and busy with her and u have no time for him and let him run behind u. If he does not care for u even then then I am sorry to say, its time to look for a real best friend for sure, which he is not.

Don't want to appear harsh, but he only has you as a friend for source of amusement. It's not all his fault as you let him treat you that way.
Not blaming anyone - it's hard judging how genuine people are when it comes to becoming friends as you can and often do get hurt by them.
Going on the things he has done to you and the way you've been treated, I would put some distance between you and him. At least until you have time to think on things. You may decide you can move on without him as a friend.

Sounds like more trouble than what he's worth. True friends don't want to see their friends in any kind of pain, they definetly don't want to be the cause of any. Let him go be someone else's pain.

Maybe you need to stop seeing him for a while...
You can't keep letting him treat you this way...

he started the fight in the first place and he was trying to bully u or somethin like that.just ignore him and move on with ur life.make new friends and let him apologise for that

he doesn't sound like a good friend, i wouldnt do that to my bruvs and the wouldnt do that to me...if you dont trust him or think he's being dodgy, forget about him. maybe he had something on his mind which made him act like a jerk or something. i dunno
