You should be able to get replacement parts from the suppliers. Usually on the instructions, there is a full list of all the bits you should have, complete with reference numbers.
Compare that with what you're missing, then phone them up or email them, and they should be able to post them on to you.

Good luck!

Ikea have a section usually next to the returns area where you can get spares. B&Q sell packs of spares suitable for most flatpack furniture

Most hardware stores have replacement parts for knockdown furniture. Check the big box stores also. In my town there are 3 places within a mile of my house to get these parts. I know exactly where they keep them in every store also! I go through a lot of those parts.

If not screw take to small local engineering company and ask if they would make you some. If you explain why they usually will and only charge you a nominal price, all good local advertising.
We had the same problem with springs on a recliner suite manufacturer wanted £8 each, went to local spring makers and he made them for £1 apiece.

yes, as jamand says, most of us have bits left over!

seriously, you probably can not find exactly the right parts because the packs are made up in India or Sweden or somewhere. The retailer might have spares if you are lucky, otherwise do what I do and improvise with nuts and bolts, angle-brackets etc.

They are European manufacture of cabinet hardware. Many EU furniture companies use them. Most of that stuff is interchangable due to thier use of the "32 miliimeter system". You can't buy it on that site, but it will refer you to local reps who may have it or can order it.
