Natural medicine takes time and patience. You definitely would start to feel better if you saw a natural doctor who could direct you on exactly what treatment you need with your conditions. cleansing the system is definitely the first step. Learning how to eat real foods is important. You should go to a health food store and get some cook books on natural foods.

By the symptoms you have given in your email and here, first of all you have to stop taking pills and start taking the Homeopathic remedies NUX VOMICA and CARBO VEG both in 30 potency together half an hour before meals three times a day. You can make up your mind after taking at least three doses of the above mentioned remedies whether you want to continue with the Homeopathic treatment or not, I can assure you that within three doses you will start feeling lots better just continue the remedies for a week and keep me posted about your progress on regular intervals and I can guide you to 100% health without any side effects or complications of any kind. And remember Homeopathy treats the person(the whole being) so what exactly you feel is all important in finding the exact remedy for you so your feedback is very very important if you really want to get well.

Take Care and God Bless

Yeah you can start anew but please do not do it on your own
as you won't be able to handle the purification process the
body goes through. Also mentally it will be tough. There are
many naturopathy centre throughout the world. If you are from
USA I would recommend "Tree of Life Foundation and
Rejuvenation Center., 686 Harshaw Road, HC2 Box 302,
Patagonia, Arizona 85624, (520) 394-2520 managed by
Gabriel Cousens, M.D. AUTHOR of the book -
Spiritual Nutrition, also Conscious Eating and Rainbow Green Live - Food Cuisine, their website is
www.treeoflife.nu If you want economical then visit India
and I would recommend - Institute of Naturopathy and Yogic
Science, 16, Tumkur Road, Bangalore - Karnataka,
Please remember it is never too late and it is a good
decision you have made. Best of Luck.

I f I were you I'd go to a Chinese medicine doctor ( acupuncturist) and let them help you. It will start working immediately and I think that you need something like that. The acupuncturist can help balance the organs that are out of whack( liver and gall bladder) and help restore balance back in your body. Of course you know that you have to make dietary changes too. Colonics wouldn't be a bad idea either but you can do that at a slower pace if you stop eating ALL white flour products and pastas immediately. You know the drill. Say hello to Mr. Oatmeal in the morning and high fiber crackers, brown rice, steamed veggies and salmon for lunch and dinner.Exercise of course in moderation but the Chinese medicine will be of the utmost help to you.Good luck.

One of the best things you can do is exercise. Just start out walking 30 min a day. It will help lower your BP and cholesterol, it will also help with anxiety. Balance and moderation is the key when it comes to food. Don't throw out all your pills yet. They can help get you started on the right track, but you have to use them in combination with lifestyle changes. Take one step at a time, you can't expect to fix it all at once. Holistic and natural remedies are great but you still have to make changes. Educate yourself on vitamins, healthy eating and exercise. You can do it!

Homeopathic remedies help activate your body's natural healing abilities in removing toxins.

Homotoxicology is an approach to healing that integrates the treatment principles of homeopathy with the diagnostic approach of allopathic medicine.

Homotoxicology uses homeopathic remedies to detoxify the body. Homeopathic remedies, which are FDA approved, come in tablets, liquid vials, oral drops, and injection solutions. Remedies are taken orally, topically, through inhalation, and injection. They work synergistically to stimulate the body’s inherent capacity to heal itself.

I'd say just start eating healthier, then get a new doctor. With your new doctor, you need to start out new, stop taking all of the pills you're taking now and just say, "I'm starting over, just give me the pills I absolutely need."
