I know a drug dealer that had the same reasoning. He was just a business man, providing a product that everyone wanted.

You were looking for help skirting the rules. You were getting caught and losing the money that you had gained so you were looking for someone who could hide the money for you when you were caught.

My problem is that, you were proposing that people put their accounts in danger of getting banned right next to the "shell" accounts that you were using.

You may not lose much since your accounts were being set up under false pretenses, someone else may end up losing a character that they worked hard to level if they hook up with you.

"Scammer" isn't quite the word. I'd use "filthy cheater".

You're letting people with money get an unfair advantage over the other people in the game who take all the time to legitimately level up and earn money themselves. Nobody should "need help" in the game. It's not that hard to grind out levels or complete quests/instances for gold. You're promoting a type of laziness that completely undermines the purpose of the game.

I also belive scammer is probably incorrect. Though many people who ask for RL money for in game assitance are.

But you still aren't legitmate. You are violating WoW's Terms of Service contract. While no one really reads it, everyone has to approve it before gameplay. That could get your account deleted.

Well, if you both get what you intended to recieve from the deal then it isn't scamming in my opinion, but i think it is against the rules to make personal deals in the game.
