he's in a comma from a car accident and weve been there for each other ! should i tell him when he wakes up?

First of all. If he never wakes up no harm no foul.
Plan ahead, talk it over with his wife. If he does wake up do you too want to be together regardless?
Was it just a moment of weakness and never going to happen again?
Either way, you and his wife need to talk it over, fight about it if you have too. Decide what is best for everyone and do that.

First off I have a problem with you using the term " I Screwed" which leads me to believe that it meant nothing to you. We use the term I got screwed when we are taken advantage of, or cheated, etc. Which I guess is exactly what both you and your sister in law did to your brother/her husband. Personally I think he needs to know she he can divorce her and disown you!!

Nobodies perfect but that just sucks of you--both of you. Very very selfish...you need to ask God to forgive you and tell him when he's back to normal and ask him to forgive you too. Stay away from her and anyone that deals with her. You have to stop this madness or your life will just get worse. God is a forgiving God, pray your brother will too.

ummm no don't tell him! at least not right away. Your brother would probably need your support as well as his wife. I mean I don't mean to sound harsh, but you and his wife have already been selfish enough, I think you should start thinking about your brother.
