His teeth May be starting to grow irritating the bum tissue but it may take awhile for the tooth to completely break through. Drooling alot, biting things and fussiness are all signs of teething. Get him some teething rings you can put in the freezer for him to bite on the cold will sooth the gums. Also get some Ambetol for teething.

The drooling & fussiness is almost a give away...a lot of babies get diarhea & a slight fever as well. Try Teething Tablets...they worked wonders with our son. Also, a cold washcloth to chew on seemed to help. Good luck!

My son started at 10 weeks and no one including me could believe it. The problem with teething at this age is that they cant really hold their own teething ring and stuff yet so they become extra fussy. My son screamed nonstop for 4 days before I realized this was the problem. The only things they can really chew on is their own hands or yours and what ever you hold in their mouths. I still don't really know what to do. I hope he can hold his own stuff soon. He is now 12 weeks. Good luck to you!

They can start teething at the age of 3months but anything is possible. If he is drooling alot, putting everything in his mouth, and wants to have cold stuff in mouth then possible. If he/she is fussy then it is possible. Try giving him/her some teething rings.

Some babies teeth earlier than others. It can typically start around 3 months. Some signs: excessive drooling, pulling ears or cheeks, and biting.
You may want to check with your doctor in case he has an ear infection. These symptoms are also ear infection symptoms. Good luck! :-)

Sure sound like it to me - excellent observation!
Buy him a teething ring, place it in the freezer, after it's frozen - give it to him. The frozen ring deadens the gum area and they don't feel the pain as much.

It's very possible. Some kids are born with teeth already showing.
