C = ( 1 / 2*pi*f )^2 / L =

= (1/(2*pi*10000))^2 /.01 = 2.53 * 10^-8 Farads

C = 2.53 * 10^-8 Farads

You need to fill in the inductance and frequency values first.
Otherwise, just algebraicly rearrange the equation.
