Even though I am not a Streisand fan, I loved "What's Up, Doc?" The chase seen is several minutes of hilarity. The movie is about 4 ugly bags which look the same and are important to various people, some rather shady. The mistaken identities lead to lots of slapstick humor.

Perhaps not the funniest, but Young Frankenstein is good, as is Elf and the Even Stevens Movie. A little immature though...

Airplane!
I saw it in the theater when it came out, which was at the end of the era of the 70's disaster movie, and it spoofed them all. I fell out of my seat laughing - no kidding. I hurt from laughing so hard. So much funny was stuffed into each frame, I kept finding new things the next few times I watched it.
Favorite quote: "The hospital?!? What is it?" "It's a big building with patients, but we don't have time for that right now".
Other favs:
Young Frankenstein
The Big Bus
The Meaning of Life

"It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad world." It has too many stars to count and even more cameo appearances; it must have cost a fortunate to produce. There's many, many stunts in it.
A group of people set out for a small town in California to find a suitcase of stolen money and are being watched by the police.
One scene has two guys in a plane trying fly there but the pilot gets drunk, passes out and one of them has to fly the plane. He has never flown a plane before and flies through a Coca Cola billboard.

I can narrow it down to five..... that's the best I can do, sorry.
In no particular order:
Blazing Saddles
Airplane
Young Frankenstein
Monty Python and the Holy Grail
High Anxiety
If you've seen them, you know why they are classics. If you haven't, what are you waiting for?
Two other great ones are:
The Princess Bride
A Fish Called Wanda

Bringing Down the house
Steve Martin, Queen latifa and Eugene Levy star in this comedy about Peter Sanderson who is divorced who still loves his ex-wife and can't figure out what he did wrong to make her leave him. However, Peter's trying to move on, and he's smitten with a brainy, bombshell barrister he's been chatting with online. However, when she comes to his house for their first face-to-face, she isn't refined, isn't Ivy League, and isn't even a lawyer. Instead, it's Charlene, a prison escapee who's proclaiming her innocence and wants Peter to help her clear her name. But Peter wants nothing to do with her, prompting the loud and shocking Charlene to turn Peter's perfectly ordered life upside down, jeopardizing his effort to get back with his wife and woo a billion dollar client. You should defently watch this film i give it five stars!!!!
