My separated wife is falsely alleging that I've hit her four times in four months with a month gap between the hitting. We did have arguments. I am much thinner in built than her. What should I do? Initially I wanted her to come back but now I'm remaining quiet.

go to solicitor, this defamation of character, just give people your version. but also as long as those you care about know the truth then that's all that matters.

You need to get this on the record as to what happened. I'd go immediately to a counselor or lawyer and get advice. Whatever you do from now on stay away from her unless you are with her with other people. Get a notebook or put on a blog exactly what happend on the days in question, and from now on start keeping a journal of the contacts you have with her. She has come up with something to give her power over the divorce.

Wow she wants to throw you in jailand you want her back. What you should do is get a lawyer and tell him this and also have him to ask for prof that you hit her. But if she doesn't have any proff don't worry because it's her word against yours. But make sure to tell teh lawyer she just mad at you because your divorcing her. ANd she is doing everything possible to get you in trouble.

Hire a lawyer and charge her with defamation. That should shut her up fairly quick. Also, you can ask for a lie detector test, which will prove you didn't hit her ever.

If you know that you are right, means you did not do that, then nothing to worry ... and you also know that she's lying ... so you don't need a lier as your wife ... means forget her and ignore what she says about the abuse.

The only condition is that you are telling the TRUTH, and you are the only judge of that apart from God.

my husband has been there with his x. no, he didn't hit her. She has to have some kind of proof. Keep your mouth shut. If she calls you or anything get it on tape. Cover your butt to the hilt. This will get ugly for yu if you don't!!
