As a guy, I don't find him to be hot, but I do think he's awesome. His "Retaliation" compilation cracks me up, and he is a good actor. I think, though, that the directors and story line of "Employee of the Month" limited his potential.

i do i love dane cook. my friend and i listen to him in my car all the time and she finally watched one of his dvd's and called me and said "i had no idea he was so hot! why didn't you tell me??" haha. i love him, he is absolutely hilarious and seems truly genuine. and if you like his sense of humor you should check out richard swardson. he is really funny. you might know him from the movie Grandma's Boy
