WE got statistics! WE have a million welfare workers, 500,000 law enforcments persons, lawyers, psychiatrists, animal right and human societies, laws against child sexual abuse, and a myriad ways WE think we are healing, or protecting, or just keeping wolves away from our doors, and still, DO any of US feel safe, lack of cruelty to poor children, or anything that diminshes our lives?????? If we shut every government institution down, except those that 'promote the general welfare,' could we be better situated? Why not just let human nature take it's course? Why try to stop crimes people choose, drugs, prostitution, gang wars, and defense of property with machine guns? Don't people choosing these things eventially kill themselves? COULD ANARCHY BE THE ONLY AND FINAL SOLUTION?

General welfare, like fixing roads, keeping utilities on.

Great answers! Gave every one a thumbs up, even the one about creation, which I especially liked. Also, combating views about civilization are always 'final solution,' to humankind. I, too, would like to think my view leads to a just, compassionate, healthy world for the children, but maybe I'm wrong, and if human nature can be catagorized, it seems, while good prevails in most people, we have to die to often and in too many numbers, for me to think goodness has to sacrifice for freedom. I grow very weary of innocents being slaughtered by evil. Maybe, if we were allowed to destroy those that persecute us, each innocents death would mean something.
THANKS to all of you. You know you can edit your answers?????

Since i can't say your name, I will just answer and you know it's for you. We live in 'the jungle' now. How can WE allow children of any type, geographical area, or class, to be hurt? Corporate board members show up for lunch several times a year, and get 200,000 dollars, and who knows what else, while poor children starve, die of aids, get blown up by some military or terroists organization.
Really, I think the elite are anarchist, but use laws to feed their egos, passions, wallets, and have no idea criminal law doesn't work, and stealing 100 dollars gets 25, stealing, legally or not, gets 5.

I don't believe anarchy is a solution. I believe to be the begging of the end. At least that how it seems to work when seen in action.

Central to the original anarchist movement was the belief that people behave themselves responsibly when they are expected to. Legislation expects that they won't.

Curiously, traffic engineers are finding that this principle actually works in traffic calming. The greater the apparent 'safety' of a road situation, the more recklessly people drive. Add in a few dangers and they start paying attention.

That's not the kind of anarchy you're talking about of course. But consider it as one of your options.

Might work in England, the rest of planet ( Well the western world anyway ) seems more suited to democracy though. I'm not too keen on final solutions.

i in my opinion like working water and flush lavatories, so how approximately we shop a number of that stupid ole order and stuff, hmm. No, i've got confidence in a chaotic, anarchistic state, worry may well be a making use of ingredient on top of issues of the populous, and worry, hate and racial stereotypes bypass like hand in fist.

What you want is the 'jungle raaj' . Animals in jungles have no laws or law enforcers. Might is right there. Do you endorse that theory?
