Here's my recipe for omelet pie.
partially cook a pie shell then set it out.
put crumbled up omelet ingredient's (bacon, cheese, sausage...) into the pie shell.
Whip up 6 or 7 eggs with a little milk, and then pour it into the pie shell.
Bake at 350 until a tooth pick inserted into th center comes out clean.
