she told them she was pregnant and they still gave her this..i can't believe it..has anyone ever been prescribed this from their dr while pregnant...she's has a lot of back and neck pain from whiplash...any ideas what she can take instead?

I'm a little surprised the doc prescribed this combo for a pregnant girl. Ask doc for different painkillers IF she's in pain. There are painkillers that are powerful, but are excreted thru the body faster, reducing risk of harm to the fetus. Ask the dr. what he/she would suggest.

Consult her OB physician. Personally, I would not have prescribed these for her.

yes, my daughter was given that, she could try TRAMADOL, it is a non-narcotic pain pill and as affectie as vicodon, it would not have all the side affects either, she should try that,.
