I find it very unusual that you are getting a divorce and living under the same roof.
That is like rubbing salt into a wound.
What she is doing is very legal but very inconsiderate of her at this point.
I am wondering if your marriage wasn't over a long time ago and she was on the pursuit of something new before you filed for divorce.
I Can not fathom someone wanting to stay under the same roof when this is happening.
I think this is a ploy to hurt you even more and she is showing her disrespect towards you.
if there is an alternative to living conditions then I would certainly go that route.
if you are waiting to sell the house, then I feel for you.. I hope it gets sold tomorrow , so you can remove yourself from this terrible situation.

Yes, it's legal. It's legal even if you two were married still, or still have been together, doing well. Unfortunetely, there is nothing you can do. It looks to me like she has moved on, and is ready to jump into something new, something fresh. The moment that the two of you have made the decision to split up, that's when she is free to date whomever she wants and to do whatever she wants. You can't do anything about it. But don't worry, she isn't doing this to make you angry or hurt you. It's probably the best way she knows how to get over you quickly! So, you should start doing the same!

It is legal but you maybe able to use this in court since she is stilling living in your house and the papers have not been found. If she wants to divorce and date tell her to move out.

Pete it has nothing to do with being legal or illegal. She's trying to get ready for her new life when the divorce becomes final, and I think she's trying to make you jealous. Talk to her and ask her what in a world she's trying to do, or trying to convince you that she doesn't care anymore. don't let her get to you or even ruined your life. Excuse my language but she's trying to be like a wh##e by doing that, so sorry!!

Why is it an issue? She has already made it clear she doesn't want to be with you via divorce.
Do you expect to be jealous once the divorce is final and she's dating others? You need to let go.
