I have heard about the S.H.A.R.P. and all but my brother says don't believe the internet that all skinheads are racists. Then again it might be the ones in the U.S. hes talking about but is it true though? not all skinheads are racists? that they treat it more like a life style and not a reason to go off and hate people

SHARP means Skinheads Against Racial Prejudice. Therefore, there being SHARP skinheads obviously means that not all skinheads are racists.
In fact, the Skinhead culture started in the late 60's as an offshoot from the Rude Boy culture, which was composed mostly of black people. The first skinheads were not racists, and listened, among other things, to reggae music.
It was only later when neo-nazi skinheads started to emerge. That is why the SHARP movement was created.

Real skinheads arent racists...they shouldnt even be labeled as racists or NAZI skinheads.
To the skinhead culture they are seen as Boneheads. which is a term that i use when describing them because they shouldnt be seen as a skinhead.

By skinhead do you just mean someone with a shaved head? Either way you cant judge all people not all are racists.

I have very short hair. I like having my hair cut short because its curly if I let it grow. Unfortunately, I live in North Idaho, so people assume I am racist. Well, if I ever get out of here I'll find out if I am. I don't feel racist. Is there a definitive test?
