We all have to do our little bit, right? If we all did a little then global warming would go away, right?

Just read that blast from Lady Cascadia. Hey sister, I'm a greenie too. Just like maybe I'm off duty sometime. How about you. Or were you "another humorless" feminist years a few years back who'd kick a man in the nuts coz he used the word "girl" inappropriately.

Lighten up. It might be the monthlies, or it might be the typical dour fanatic approach to things that makes every project a complete drag. Whatever it is, I could never abide someone who has no sense of humour. Dangerous. Typical Stalinists, and cult members. So don't make your probs mine. (And I can see why you don't enable your email. Get a life and stop trying to make others miserable.

I'm deeply moved by your little bit sir. Not only did you actively go out of your way to smear a slippery cube of ice directly onto the sidewalk, unconsciously, you also made a contribution in the cooling alcoholic vapors from what I'm sure was a highly treasured gin and tonic. I salute you, and then, I wipe at the tears of emotion forming in the corners of my eyes! God bless!

As an environmentalist, I find your snarky and casual attitude about this topic pretty insulting. Global warming can't be solved with :30 soundbites or with jokes! I think you need to do a little more studying on how serious the issue of global warming is. This is NOT a joke. This is something that humans have caused that is damaging the earth!

Do you really care about doing your "little bit"? Well how about planting more trees? riding a bike or using mass transit instead of buying a gas guzzing SUV? writing your congressional leaders to ask them to pass bills that will help make the world more eco-friendly? join the Sierra Club or the Surfrider foundation?

You still are not doing enough!!!!!

You should get a long extension cord, and take your refrigerator outside. Open the doors, and let the global cooling commence!

You should also wrap your house in tin foil so that the sun's rays are redirected back to outer space, where they belong! However, don't do this after 2012, because Russian scientists, as well as NASA, are now convinced that by that date, solar radiation will decrease, and we will start experiencing global cooling.

Well, you wasted water, used up the hydro that made the cube, risked the life of the next person that could come along that would(possibly) slip on that ice. and depleated the planet of your used up oxygen. Good Lord!!

Absolutely taking the ice out of a drink tho? What sacrifice I would never have wasted my ice that way I like my drinks icy cold.

Bless you. I hear, in a similarly munificent gesture, that Al Gore has turned down the thermostats in his private jet and mansions several degrees.
