I am singing in a talent show with my friend and I was wondering if you had any songs for a suggestion for my friend and I to sing. By the way, if you suggest a Hannah Montana song, I will use it because I sing better on Hannah Montana songs and I like them A LOT!

You choose but make sure it's a song you know well and your friend too. Don't try anything too adventurous and make sure it's in your key and range. Rehearse it together until you have it word and note perfect. That way you can sing with confidence and without being nervous. Sing to the audience, not the judges. Good luck. Hope you win.

If you're really talented, I would recommend "I Have Nothing (If I Don't Have You)" originally sung by Whitney Houston. You can cut it a bit shorter by omitting a verse if you like, but the song has a number of vocal features that would show of your talent if you're trained: a wide vocal range with a great climatic "high note"; a key modulation; and some great emotion. Do it really right, and you won't have a dry eye in the house.

Oh, but if you aren't trained, you should probably avoid this song, as you could make an audience cry for all the wrong reasons if you do it badly, too.... ;D LoL

Good luck, whatever you choose. :)

I suggest "rime of the ancient mariner" by Iron Maiden.

But on a serious note we really don't know your voice so it would be hard for someone here to suggest a song for you not knowing your vocal range or pitch. Ask people that actually know you and see what they have to say, they would probably be better at this sort of thing.

"Bridge Over bothered Water" via Simon and Garfunkel (70's duo) is one in each of my sought after songs ever. "Lullabye (solid night, My Angel)" via Billy Joel is soft and alluring. "In My existence" strengthen into executed via the Beatles and later Bette Midler, and that's a fine looking song too. It strengthen into used in the action picture "For the lads." An association of "you're my Sunshine" could desire to be very tremendously, in case you do to not the area approximately her cheating on him. i don't recognize in case you have an pastime, yet there are some very tremendously previous hymns that could desire to paintings too. My favorites are "in the backyard" and "that's unquestionably with My Soul."
