if you are using iTunes, there is a backup feature built in. After a full backup, it can do the incremental backup as well.

You can also select all the files, and send to DVD. It will prompt you for a new dvd when the dvd is full. New dvds/songs would be an issue in the future.

Genie Backup Manager is a backup prorams that can handle this very well. Top rated at www.toptenreviews.com :
"Genie Backup Manager can also backup data to a remote FTP location (so you can access your backup over the Internet), to DVD or CD, or to a set of media with disk spanning (convenient for unmonitored backups). "

I would suggest you to use Ashampoo Movie Shrink & Burn 2 to shrink the size and then copy them in any thing you want. It's not free, well I got it from my brother.

i exploit a loose sound modifying software observed as Audacity. when you positioned in it, and receive and installation a separate plug-in that permits it to keep mp3s you should use it to integrate a set of audio information and keep them in mp3 format.
