Imus makes jokes of everybody, his wife included,and as he says, that doesn't give him the right to make fun of the kids. I didn't hear the program but I hear Imus apologizing and I believe him that he meant no harm. Come on folks, give the Iman a break. Sometimes I'm mad at him too, but I don't believe he's a racist.

I agree with you wholeheartedly. However, that also means that we accept unpopular speech against ourselves as well. I can only imagine that if Imus were black and said something like that about white people, the white "moral" leaders of this country would have already had him fired by now.

I'll be more than happy to give him a break.. in the arm or in the leg better yet how about that jaw he doesn't know how to shut up!!!!!!!!!!!!
