Well, my boyfriend is Italian. He's not really into gifts...doesn't want me to spend money...plus, he's rich enough. LOL. He'd enjoy a nice home cooked meal (his favorite dishes), a baked cake or cookies...and lots of good sex! Hahaha. Maybe a nice back massage as well...=)

I am half Italian. I think it does not matter what culture you are from--treat him well, show him you love him, take him out to a nice dinner and tell him how much he means to you. You don't have to go all out to show someone they are special. Good luck!!

The best gift I've never received (I was young then...!!) is the permission given by my that time girlfriend to f.ck her a.s !!
If he didn't get yours already, I feel this would be yr best present to him (and a very special indeed).

Once my former g/f sent me (we lived in different cities) a book about recipes "starring" Nutella and her Barbie underwear :) Her grandmother was used to weave clothes for her doll, including bra and panties. Was also a sort of "suggestion" for me (at the time we didn't had sex yet) :)
