Has global warming become like a religious belief to the left?

It seems like they have accepted it as an undeniable fact even though it is nowhere near factual. To question it is like blasphemy to the believers.

Global warming is bad science and bad policy. Global warming advocates are more interested in fighting corporations and stopping economic and technological progress than they are saving the environment, which is what allows them to believe this crap despite there being a dearth of evidence. Environmentally generally tends to be this overly romanticized view of nature that just doesn't jive with reality.
