Assuming you have not bled to death sat there asking stupid questions, instead of going to hospital, the first thing you do is ring an ambulance. Wrap something round your hand to stop the bleeding.Then recover the severed digit, find two bags of frozen veg (or similar) in the freezer, place the digit between the two bags and wrap it all in a cloth. If you are lucky, you should remain concious during this time, but depending on the amount of blood loss you may have passed out and your idiot may have fled the scene. Now then.

Put pressure on the wound to stop the bleeding, raise your hand above your heart level, put your little finger on ice and take it with you to the Hospital. Report your abusive boyfriend to the Police.
