According to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as well as International Human Rights Law, as promulgated by the UN, a state or government has no legal right to interfere in the religious practice of it's people. Moreover every religious group in a state must be given EQUALITY!!!

In India, which by the way is a Hindu majority country, Hindus are not permitted to build Hindu schools and are constantly being required to compromise "Hinduness" for the interests of "Indianess" and "secularism". In India, ALL NON-HINDU people are accorded special treatment and have special rights (one example is the PM's recent statement that all Muslims should be given first preference). This means that Hindus are treated THE WORST in their own country. The pro-left media is the biggest enemy of Hinduism and of any patriotic or nationalist pride.

SHOULD THE HINDUS OF INDIA MAKE A FORMAL COMPLAINT ABOUT THE CONGRESS PARTY AND IT'S HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS TO UN HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION ???

Dear Sami,

maybe you should tell that your fellow muslims. Hindus don't need any lectures about subject. Because India is a Hindu country, naturally Hindus are the ones who care about India the most.

Dear janardhanan n,

The British never implemented any policy of divide and rule. If anything the British freed us from the plague of the Mughals who conducted history's biggest genocide against hindus. It is the dirty congress establishment that has deliberately fed you guys LIES in order to make the British a scapegoat. They do not want the truth to come out in regards to what hindus suffered under the Muslims.

There was NEVER any policy of divide and rule. I mean c'mon, these muslims were killing us centuries before the British first ever set foot on Indian soil!!!

It is strange and it could happen only in India, that the majority religion suffer in the hands of ruling class, who indulge in appeasement acts to appease the minority religions, for garnering their votes. All these days, it was the Congress party, which was posing the sole champion of the minorities like Muslims etc. Now, all the regional parties like BSP, DMK etc are wooing the minorities and play the vote bank politics. They want to extend reservation and such other benefits as are denied to the sections of the people, whose sin is that they are born into the majority religion. Hindus feel outsiders in their own country.

In India when political power is there, there is nothing. All the other things go parallelly. If we ask any questions the Government will answer. There is nothing. Still people ask questions. There is nothing.
Human rights. When DMK 9 Tamilnadu MPs are running the Government Hindus will get full human rights inside Parliament.

"Non-Hindu people are accorded special treatment and have special right" lol what a joke.
Sikhs and Buddhists, for example are still considered "Hindu" according to Article 25 (2)(b) of the Constitution, despite being distinct. "Low Caste" Hindu's, Sikhs, Muslims and other religious minority groups have had atrocities committed against them.
And people actually believe India is the largest democratic nation! I'm out

Ah! our dear Hans Laxman again! You know buddy I really pity you because in your zeal you have forgotten the very meaning of the word Hindu. Time and again it has been pointed out by different people that Hindu is not a religious group, it is a cultural group. To one of your questions I had posted a question as to how do you define Hindus. You very promptly react to the answers to your questions as in the present case, but very conveniently avoid to answer the important ones. Now to your present question, yes India should complain to Human Rights Commission for all the atrocities committed on all the people of India. Why single out just Congress, because the worst perpetrators of atrocities are the so called Hindu organizations like Bajrang Dal, Shivsena, VHP, and RSS. And there is no bigger criminal of mass murder of humanity than Narendra Modi. It is not just Muslims but the very Organization you want to appeal to, has passed strictures against him. So dear Hans Laxman do go ahead and complain. All the best. It is all very sweat to sit in your cozy rooms in London and calling people docile and cowards and ORDERING them to leave your (sic) country. Who the hell do you think you are? I don't think you have given your true identity. You don't even belong to India. The lure of Pound was so great that you left your country that you profess to love so much. It is people like you who have created terrorist not just in Muslims but also in Christians like in the North Eastern Countries. People like you should not be allowed to roam free. You are a danger to world peace. So May Allah help you. And dear Mr. Laxman please and please do not stop asking questions. Because every time we hear from you, we get to know how a misinformed Hindu zealot's mind works.

Living in Hindustan, peoples are required to think about "What is Hindu"? Hindu is not only a sect, but it is a Culture,it is a spiritualism, it is a kindness, it is thinking of totally dedicated to our Hindustan, Hinduism is great view of Saints, Socialist, and great man.People living here are all Hindustani by soul not Hindu or Muslim.if the Muslims are living in trouble or Hindu are living in trouble, if they are striving for food and other facilities, then "what should we do? if Prime minister gives some help to needed, it should not puzzled our mind. Because ---"vaisudhava kutumbkamah " is a great thoughts within us.

Yes
I volunteer to submit my complaint if supported by any Hindu group

Complaint as follows

Mr Nehru created pakistan by transfering ancesstral properties of Hindus with out their consent. He signed a historical agreement with mr Liyakat Ali. My grand parents never wished to shift to this part of the world

Pakistan Army and muslim fundamentalists tried to convert my grand parents and 60 relatives in Oct 1947 . On their refusal the Army killed every body in addition to several other hindus
My ancesstral agricultural land close to 110 acres and four houses transferred to Pakistan. No compensation
Meagre compensation given to previous generation lost in files and claimees did not get any benefit
Justice has been denied for more then 60 years since partition 15 Aug 1947. ( Not independence for us)

Again my parents settled in Punjab.

Punjab was again subjected to partition in late 1960s based on language ( indirectly religion) and hindus had no option to sell properties and run in the wake of pak government sponsered terrorism.
Thus my family was subjected to second partition.
Congress started deviding hindus by transferring various opportunities to majority communities, OBC, SC, ST etc. constitution provided them a medium of their nafarious designs.

I witnessed worst ethnic discrimination during my entire service as I was Punjabi hindu.
My previous generation had also to face similar circumstances for which adequate evidence is available

Hindu rights will be restored only after the death of congress party. In fact congress is a deadly anti Hindu party. It wants to keep people illiterate so that it will be in power perpetually.
Infact it is no more aparty at all.It is a heirarchy of one family which is above law and their obedient minions (of any satus)
It should be fundamental duty of every Hindu to reject congress at every opportunity

I think the Hindus should complain LOUDLY about the problem. Why are natural citizens of countries being treated like second class citizens to make room for terrorists?

dear , we had the first attack from Alexander in 325 BC, stile in study book he is reffed as 'Alexander the Grete' the funny thing is that no secularist is proud of his defeat by the Grete Indian king 's Purushothama , from that onwards there was many outside attack in India by ,Shaka's , Huns Muslims christian etc.
we had been given a new name Aryan 'by maxmuller , and he told to the world that this Aryan had their first attack to the Davida's , who is real owners of the country.the false idea ,however had been withdrawn by maxmuller himself ,now comes the attack from most fail led ideology , Marxism's continue their concept they attacked the Hinduism ,stile supporting the the centre their explanation is to protect our nation.
we all should be proud of Hinduism, Muslim and christian if proud to tell , though our religion is Islam, christian,,we are very part of this Hindu culture.nothing will happen to them , but the politician cannot play the British role ,Davide and rule,
