The Iraqi's don't want the US to rebuild anything. They see the US as incompetent, arrogant colonists, and almost all Iraqis want the US totally out of their country.

F' no, you guys broke it, you pay for it. The war on terror is an endless, faceless war that will never be won like the drug war. It's just added beaurocracy
We could have had stability on the ground and reconstruction projects going if it were'nt for not sending enough troops in the first place. Now, after 4 years, you want me to help pay for starting reconstruction? I' don't think so.
You guys have wasted enough money and lives on this escapade already. And you have the audacity to ask for more? you must have gone to school,on the little bus.
