Hey guys i really need help how do u burn dvds on windows vista ive tryed and nothing happens...any suggestions to make it work???

There's two applications:

Windows DVD Creator/Maker (I forget specifically what it's called)

...but the one I use is just plain Media Center (not Media Player).

Open Media Center and go to Tasks>>Create/Burn CD/DVD (or whatever it says). I just burned the 2 Planet Earth episodes that I recorded on Media Center last night. It works great.

You may need DVD burning software for your make & model of DVD drive. Check the drive's web site.

Nero 7 works i downloaded it and installed and it works perfectly.
