This needs to be evaluated by a dr but in the mean time stick with light weight and soft foods such as applesauce and also drink plenty of water so you can stay hydrated. You could also try making a tea out of fresh ginger, but check with your dr to see if that is ok. If they say yes you can find fresh ginger at the natural health food store if your local supermarkets don't carry any.

i have suffered with stomach problems for about two years now including bloating of the stomach. my GI doctor recommended to take mint and carbonated drinks out of my diet.
i recommend consulting a doctor though.
