if you take the bus from bodrum to dalaman and then a connection to marmaris and then a dolmus to icemeler it will take you 6 hours allowing for connections alternately you could hire a car for £20 a day and drive yourself it s fairly easy and well signposted you could do it in 3.5 hours.
