is there any free form makers for paperwork not website that can be downloaded?

i need to make some forms to be printed and not for website but it seems all free software is for web development. is there any simple and free software for making paper printable forms?

Use the Table ( see Table Tab) feature in M$-Word.

Read under the Help Tab for more info on using tables.

Open Office Writer is great and free, if you don't have Word.

Use the database or spreed sheet programs in Open Office.
