I had to switch to a different puter and now I can't install my printer.

PS: When you click on the link, and choose your operating system (usually Windows XP or Vista), you want the listing under "Driver".
It should say something like " HP Photosmart Printer Software/Driver"

I was also not able to install my hp printer without cd. I tried a lot to fix that at last I just visited http://www.printer-techsupport.com/hp-printer-support.html and made a call on their toll free. You will get a certified technician to fix hp printer related issues only in a single call.

You can download all the software for your printer from the HP website, http://www.hp.com, goto "Home & Home Office" then select "Printers & All-in-ones", perform a search for your model and you will be able to get the needed software.

Ya,you can go online at hp and buy one,but you can just download the driver from there also. I Had to do the same thing and it worked just fine.
