Its a type of martial art called 'Qing Gong'.
It practically means Light Skills. Go search it up the net.
They practice Qing Gong to make them light by the flow of Qi.
Some feats are practitioners stepping on eggs without cracking them and so on.
They can also leap from bulding to building without falling and so on.

Its really interesting!!

Chinese Actors are fitted with Cable Harness from the top. Much like how it is being done in Theater such as that for Peter Pan. When the Cable Moves, they move along with it. Of course, the cable and harness are not shown in the movie due to the magic of modern editting.

the only chinese martial arts its i have seen fly is avatar and to my knowledge(neevr been to china butt preety sure this is right) thats a cartoon and not real genius martial artsis dont catch bullets in there teeth either

As far as I have experienced, they use planes like the rest of us. Except in the movies, those guys use harnesses attached to a bunch of guys off camera.
